Amazon helped me retire my mom as a millionaire after following this 5-step system, to build, scale, and exit, taught by my millionaire mentor. And nope, I didn't come from wealth, inheritance, or family money, and if I can do it, you can too!!

Before we go in, I want to address one of the biggest misconceptions first.

Most young people still believe in the old American Dream:
Go to school, get a good job, work hard, and eventually you’ll make enough money to retire your parents and live comfortably.

BUT that dream is outdated & sold by the boomers so that we can hold their bags or work for them to deat.h!

As the world changes fast, AI is replacing white-collar jobs, thousands of layoffs are happening, and relying on one paycheck is becoming riskier than ever.

Growing up after my dad passed away, nobody taught me about money. I had to figure everything out myself and make a lot of painful mistakes.

Until I met my mentors: Charlie P & Josh Snow.

They built and exited 8 & 9-figure companies and retired their parents. That’s when I realized there was another way… and my prayers were answered.

So here are the 5 steps again if I had to restart from zero:

1. Build your LLC + business credit: Open an LLC, and leverage your personal credit profile to leverage 0% APR business funding through banks like Chase and Bank of America. This does not hurt your personal credit score since the credit system in America treats your LLC as a separate entity with a different credit score rating.

Big mistake: Most people are scared of using credit and stay stuck saving money for years while inflation eats them alive.

2. Find proven products: Use tools like Helium 10 to find products already making $10K+/month with low reviews and healthy margins. Ex: $35+ products, no big sellers like AMZ or well-known brands, top sellers making $10k+/m with less than 1k reviews, so the probability is high for you to make it.

Big mistake: Most beginners choose saturated products with no strategy and end up competing in a race to the bottom.

3. Start small and test: My first order was around $5K total. About $3K inventory and the rest for marketing/testing. We plan to start with proof of concepts and learn the ropes before we strategically increase our inventory. Just like learning how to drive a car, you won't want to use a Mercedes/lambo to learn how to drive.

Big mistake: Many people go “all in” too early without validating demand first. Focus on historical data, trends, and strategic thinking and planning to avoid making an emotional decision.

4. Work 4h/ week leveraging Amazon’s infrastructure: Unlike other Amazon models, wholesale, Retail arbitrage, where you have to shop and ship the product by yourself to Amazon. Our Chinese manufacturers will ship the product directly from China to Amazon warehouses across America. Then an Amazon employee will help you store, pack, ship, and handle customers. You focus on building the brand.

Big mistake: Most people try to do everything themselves instead of leveraging systems that already exist. Scaling with a private label strategy is how you scale with a lean system.

5. Scale, snowball, and eventually exit: You don’t need 20 products. A few 2-3 profitable products can become a sellable asset on platforms like Empire Flippers. Focus on consistent positive cash flow, a great email list, strong systems in place, and omni-presence, etc, so that the private equity firms or private buyers can give you a high evaluation.

Big mistake: Most people build businesses with no exit strategy and never think long-term in the first place.

And that is how many other ordinary brand owners and I were able to buy back our time, working 4 hours a week while Amazon employees handle everything. This has allowed me not to trade time for money, work remotely from anywhere with a laptop and wifi, to take care of my family, and to retire my mom.

And to be honest with you… one of my biggest fears is making it too late. I always wished my dad could see this version of me, but he’s no longer here.

That’s why I’m sharing this.

Not to flex… but to show you it’s possible, and I hope that you have enough time to retire your parents before it's too late.
