Alright, so let me break down my current business model on Amazon FBA, focusing on private labeling. 

Imagine you have a product, like a screwdriver, that you want to sell on Amazon. 

Here's what I do:

  • Research and Selection

    I head over to alibaba.com to find a supplier in China. They have certain criteria, and I choose a supplier that meets my standards to ensure quality.

  • Adding My Touch

    Before placing the order, I add my personal touch. Let's say I want to put my name, Hanzhou, on the handle of the screwdriver. I send the design to the Chinese supplier, and they start customizing the products with my name.

  • Shipping to Amazon Warehouse

    Once the order is complete, I have it shipped directly to an Amazon warehouse. Now comes the cool part!

    With the products safely stored in Amazon's warehouse, I start marketing them. I use social media and Amazon's marketing tools to reach potential customers.

    If a customer wants to return a product, they send it back to Amazon. Amazon deals with the returns, and regularly, they send me back the returned goods.

So, essentially, Amazon FBA is an automated system where you leverage Amazon's infrastructure to handle most aspects of your business.

You focus on finding a product, marketing it, and Amazon takes care of the rest.
